Terms of service

All services are provided under our General Terms and Conditions of Service, version 2026.1, available in English and French. Both versions have the same standing; the language of the original work order prevails if they differ. Changes to the terms are announced on this page; work in progress is delivered under the version in force when its work order was signed.

How we charge

Fees are quoted in euros. Invoices are payable within 30 days by bank transfer. Scope changes are agreed in writing before any additional work begins. Scheduled workshops and sessions cancelled fewer than 60 days ahead carry a cancellation fee set out in the terms.

Confidentiality

Everything a client shares with us is treated as confidential, whether marked as such or not, for three years after an engagement ends; trade secrets, indefinitely. Our terms set this out in full.

Use of AI

We use AI tools in our work under qualified human oversight and in accordance with the EU AI Act. We never enter a client's confidential information into a tool that retains it, trains on it or shares it outside our control.

Data protection

We process client data under the GDPR and Belgian law. On this site we receive personal data only when you write to us or book a call; booking runs through Google Calendar under Google's own terms. Data you send us is used to answer you and for nothing else. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to legal@businessquests.com. We process this data on the basis of the steps you take towards a contract with us. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of our legal retention obligations. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, runs no analytics and contains no forms. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner. The 'Where to start' page keeps your answers in your own browser so you can return to them; nothing is sent to us unless you book a call or email us.
