The firm
BusinessQuests is a strategy advisory firm founded in Brussels in 2004. It advises owner-led European companies at decision points, at board and executive level.
No two engagements are the same job; situational awareness forbids it. What they share is a set of principles. A company lasts when its parts act together, when what they hold in common is well kept, when the intelligence of the whole organisation is put to use, and when every resource it has is in play. We work to make that true in the company in front of us. It is what carries a company through its turning points and keeps it relevant.

More than 25 years in chief of staff mandates, board governance, financial oversight and strategic transformation across European markets. He played a key role in the public takeover of Emakina Group and in the integration that followed, as the group grew from 642 to more than 1,300 people and from 8 to 22 countries. Where we stand
BusinessQuests advises and works alongside you to make the change happen: new organisations, governance, ways of selling, ways of working together. It does not build or deploy software. When a roadmap calls for software, it states the criteria a builder must meet, and we can propose a shortlist of professionals and firms we have worked with. The choice is yours. We sit on your side of the table: we take no commission from suppliers of technology or services.
Sustainability
We price with a sustainability index: a single multiplier reflecting the environmental and social impact of the way an engagement is delivered. It applies to work that produces deliverables or involves field work. Board mandates are handled differently: sustainability is a gate at the due-diligence stage, before we accept. We also fund carbon removal through Stripe Climate.
